Who wouldn’t want to visit The Eligh Lodge! This brilliantly hand painted sign likely invited guests to a cozy retreat just down the lane, bordering a serene lake and nestled amidst the pines. Ahhh! Let’s all go! This sign would be a lovely addition to a rustic homestead or playful country cottage. It is painted on both sides, as the images portray. One side is a little more marked than the other, but nothing that distracts from the artistry of hand lettering and delightful use of colour. If you decide to take this home with you, we’d love to see where it lands. We guess that it was made in between the 1940’s to 60’s. There are two holes at the top of the sign for hanging.
